The following are the events that will be held during the Lenten season in our subdivision - 

March 28, 2015 -            Blessing of Palms ( Palaspas)
    Saturday                     Before  the anticipated 6:00 p.m mass

General Assembly and Election

The 2013 Board of Directors of Teoville Homeowners' Association Inc. (THAI) has called for a
general assembly and election of a new set of Directors who will serve for the year 2014.
This general assembly and election will be held on Sunday, 16 February 2014 at the new
Teoville Community Hall.  As members of the Election Committee, we have been tasked to
facilitate and conduct this election.

Our Association Treasurer has provided the attached list of all homeowners in good
standing who will have the privilege to nominate, be nominated and be voted upon.

You are hereby requested to do the following:

      1.   From the attached list select your nominees (maximum of 15) fo the new board of
            directors.
      2.   List down your nominees on the attached nomination form (NF)
      3.   Print your name and sign the NF.
      4.   Submit your NF to any of the Election Committee members, to the President (Danny
            Harder), Asst. Treasurer (Clary Loarca), or drop it at the drop box  situated at the
            Guard House.
      5.   Submit your NF not later than Sunday, 2 February 2014.

The Election Committe will tabulate and collate the list of nominees who will be asked
individually if they will accept the nomination, be voted upon, and serve as members of the
Board of Directors.  All nominees who accept the nomination will be on the list of
homeowners to be voted upon.

Should there be any question about this, please feel free to call on any of the members of
the Election Committee.

IX.  ADMINISTRATIVE and CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES (Part 3)
      

  b.   Membership
        
        Penalty for non-payment of monthly dues:
     
        The Board of Directors in case of any delinquency or default of Association dues may take
        measures such as, but not limited  to the following:
     
        1)   Putting in conspicuous place/s the names of delinquent members.
        2)   No services by maintenance men and security guards.
        3)   Annotation of land title.

7.   Period of Restriction

      All the restrictions, easement, reservations and conditions enumerated herein shall be valid
      and binding.  Such restrictions may be added to but not diminished, amended or changed
      by the INCUMBENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS and other governing body of the village,
      provided that the use and occupancy of lots for residential purposes by a single family
      only shall not be changed.

8.   Enforcement of Restrictions

      THAI and its duly authorized representatives shall have the right during reasonable hours
      of the day to enter and inspect any building under construction to ascertain compliance
      with all the regulations and restrictions on construction.

9.   Interpretation of Restrictions

     When there appears to be a conflict in the interpretation of these restrictions and/or
     guidelines, the most equitable interpretation shall be adopted.

10.  Refund of Construction Bond

      THAI will not issue its final certification of clearance nor release the construction
      bond until all requirements have been satisfactorily met.

     THAI will refund seventy percent (70%) of the construction bond without interest after
     100% completion of the project.  The term 100% shall mean completion of the house
     in accordance with approved plans and specifications, completely painted, its services,
     utilities and permanent fixtures installed and ready for immediate use and occupancy
     and a Certificate of Occupancy has been secured from the proper government agency.

5.   Conditional Provision

       All drainage (sewer and run-offs) must be connected directly to the subdivision underground
       drainage system.  If drainage, sewerage and/or other utilities are affected by a house expansion,
       then the repair cost and/or relocation cost will be shouldered by the homeowner.
