My Neighbor

As the saying goes, "a good neighbor is a welcome blessing." In 1995, our brief vacation return transformed into an enduring stay, thanks to the unexpected allure of our Subdivision. Amidst this unexpected transition, one person stands out vividly in my memory – a woman whose warm welcome resonated deeply. Little did we know that her hospitality would leave a lasting impression and mark the beginning of an incredible journey. Even now, decades later, her unwavering dedication continues to shine as she serves her fellow homeowners and tirelessly contributes to the betterment of our beloved Subdivision.

General Assembly and Election

The 2013 Board of Directors of Teoville Homeowners' Association Inc. (THAI) has called for a
general assembly and election of a new set of Directors who will serve for the year 2014.
This general assembly and election will be held on Sunday, 16 February 2014 at the new
Teoville Community Hall.  As members of the Election Committee, we have been tasked to
facilitate and conduct this election.

Our Association Treasurer has provided the attached list of all homeowners in good
standing who will have the privilege to nominate, be nominated and be voted upon.

You are hereby requested to do the following:

      1.   From the attached list select your nominees (maximum of 15) fo the new board of
            directors.
      2.   List down your nominees on the attached nomination form (NF)
      3.   Print your name and sign the NF.
      4.   Submit your NF to any of the Election Committee members, to the President (Danny
            Harder), Asst. Treasurer (Clary Loarca), or drop it at the drop box  situated at the
            Guard House.
      5.   Submit your NF not later than Sunday, 2 February 2014.

The Election Committe will tabulate and collate the list of nominees who will be asked
individually if they will accept the nomination, be voted upon, and serve as members of the
Board of Directors.  All nominees who accept the nomination will be on the list of
homeowners to be voted upon.

Should there be any question about this, please feel free to call on any of the members of
the Election Committee.
